RETURN POLICY FOR RESALE GOWNS

The best part is, our return policy* which you won't find through most retailers, and especially not through E-Bay and other gowns sources.  We work closely with you to try and be sure the gown you are purchasing is the right one for you, but if it doesn't work out, we understand.

What a great deal!  Try your gown on, see if it is as perfect as you had hoped, decide to keep it or send it back.  Even better, if you are a local San Diego client, many of these gowns are available for you to come in and try on.  Be sure to check and see if this is an option for you.

*Please note that not all resale gowns have a return policy, some are final sales only, so be sure to ask before purchasing your gown.

How it Works

Upon your receipt of the gown, you have have a three (3) business day return or “right of refusal” period where you can inspect the gown, and may within that time period decide (for any reason) to return the gown for a refund, minus a 5% restocking fee.  Return shipping and insurance is your responsibility, and you must (1) notify us within three business days if you intend to return the gown; and (2) have the gown on it's way back to us and provide a tracking number by the fourth business day.  Upon return receipt of the gown, it will undergo an inspection to verify that the condition is identical to how it was sent out, and once verified, we will reimburse you the original cost of the gown, minus your $25 shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee.  If we don't hear from you within the three day period after confirmation of receipt of your gown by you, your sale is considered complete.

To help avoid having to return your gown, please pay special attention to:

1.  Sizing - most used gowns have been altered in some way, either by taking it in or taking up the length.  Pay special attention to the measurements and ask any questions before you purchase.  All measurements are done to the best of our ability but are in fact approximate and may vary slightly. See Our Size Chart for more information.

2.  Length - be sure the gown you are interested in is long enough for you, or can be altered to be the right length for you.  If you're not sure, just ask.

3.  Color - colors shown in the photographs may not reflect the actual color of the dress, depending on lighting conditions and your computer monitor.  Be sure to ask us to clarify the color for you if you're not sure.

4.  Condition -  We only accept gowns for resale that are in new,  like new or very good condition.  While gown condition is stated in as much detail as possible, it is possible to miss a small mark or problem with the gown.

Please be sure to ask in advance if you have a particular question or concern.  We will not waive restocking fees for small omissions that may vary from the description of the gown, unless we believe the omission is large enough to greatly effect the value or condition of the gown.

Be sure to contact us with any questions!
